SERVER RULES
All players must abide by the server rules, Anyone that does not fallow the rules will pay dearly, any offenses after the first will always result in a perm ban.
General Rules
1: No Griefing
All players are not allowed to grief bases that are claimed or unclaimed.
- Destruction of land or personal belonging such as mobs and other objects.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Temp banned for 1 month
- SECOND OFFENSE - Permanent ban from the server.
Examples:
- Breaking Blocks to gain entry.
- Killing mobs.
- Spawning chickens all over there base with eggs.
2: No Stealing / Raiding
All players are not allowed to steal entities, items or blocks from any one's base, always ask the person that owns it if you can take it or not.
- Taking items that do not belong to the player is stealing, Raiding is taking from more than one player's base.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Temp banned for 1 month
- SECOND OFFENSE - Permanent ban from the server.
Examples:
- Taking items from chests.
- Removing items from item frames, mobs, or armor stands.
- leading mobs away from the owner's claims
3: No Trolling
Not all players like to be trolled, we ask that you do not troll unless you both agree to keep it fair between both of you.
- Trolling is not allowed as there are many ways to "troll" a player and not all players find the idea funny.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Jailed for 7 days.
- SECOND OFFENSE - Temp banned for 1 month.
Examples:
- Dyeing someone's sheep.
- Luring a creeper behind someone.
- Shooting a player from a far distance to annoy them.
4: No Cheating & Hacking
Cheating by using mods or programs to gain unfair advantages are not allowed as well as using bugs in Minecraft game code.
- Using code to assist you in any way may it be flying or giving your self-tuns of diamonds.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Temp banned for 1 month
- SECOND OFFENSE - Permanent ban from the server.
Examples:
- Using mods to fly, spawn items, or build
- Using bugs in the game's code to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using mods to auto fish or Xray to help find ore.
5: No PVP
PvP is allowed however no killing to steal items, or random rampage to just kill players. All players must agree to PvP
- PvP (Player Vs. Player) Fighting eachother to the death.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Jailed for 2 days
- SECOND OFFENSE - Temp bannned for 1 month.
Examples:
- Killing players for there items.
- Unfair pvp, enchanted diamond sword Vs. a diamond sword must be a fair fight.
- Unfair odds 2 vs 1 are not allowed.
Building Rules
1: No Rude or Offensive Structures
Younger players sometimes want to make rude structure or structures that may be offencive to a group of people.
- building swastika or penis etc.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Tem Banned for 1 month
- SECOND OFFENSE - Permanent ban from the server.
Examples:
- Religus structures
- Inapropriot stucutres.
- Symbols or signs.
2: No Player Traps
This is one problem many servers have and it needs to be addressed.
- any structure to cause a player to get stuck, harmed or lose their stuff are against the rules.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Jailed for 7 days
- SECOND OFFENSE - Tem Banned for 1 month
Examples:
- Deep Holes
- Killing players by Redstone machines.
- Trapping players without any way for them to move.
3: No Walls and Pillers.
A wall to keep players out or to mark land that you own is not allowed however if you take the time to make it look good it is allowed.
- 1x1 Pillars or cobblestone walls around towns or claims.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Tolled to take down the structure and issued a warning.
- SECOND OFFENSE - Removed by staff and Jailed for 7 days.
Examples:
- 1x1 Pillars
- Undetailed walls around bases. or in the world
- Marking areas outside of claims.
4: No Redstone and Lag Machines
Make sure to turn off all Redstone devices that loop like timers, do not make lag machines that cause noise or lag problems for people in the area.
- Keeping Redstone timers on, creating noise or entity lag such as large amounts of mobs.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Tolled to take down the structure and issued a warning.
- SECOND OFFENSE - Removed by staff and Temp Banned for 1 month.
Examples:
- Redstone Clocks
- A Large count of mobs like cows or chickens.
- Redstone lag machines that open and close doors etc.
Chat Rules
1: No Swearing In Chat
We are a family server, all players are asked to not swear on the server, it takes an effort to type the word so players don't have any reason to type rude words.
- Swearing in other languages or English are not allowed, not even censoring it.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Warned not to swear asked to read the rules.
- SECOND OFFENSE - Jailed and muted for 1 week.

2: No Spamming Chat
Please do not spam chat, it makes it hard for other players to communicate to each other, so please don't spam.
- Spamming chat in any way to repeat or cause chat to become busy with your own words or keystrokes.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Warned not to spam asked to read the rules.
- SECOND OFFENSE - Jailed and muted for 1 week.
Examples:
- Word Word Word Word Word.
- Worrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrd.
- WORDwordWordWORDwordWord.
3: No Advertising Other Servers
Do not ask players on the server to join your server, you may private message your friends that you made on the server that you are close to but do not ask everyone.
- Giving Ip address to the server that you own or play on. is prohibited.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Banned from the server
- SECOND OFFENSE - Banned from the server without any ban appeal.
Examples:
- Ip address
- Shortened links to websites for the server.
- Direct links to the website for the server.
4: No Asking for OP or Staff
Ranks are not given out to players you may post on the topic for staff, and we will review them when we need more staff but don't ask in chat.
- Telling us your from a site and to ask for op is not allowed.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Asked to read the rules, and tolled to post on the forums for a staff application.
- SECOND OFFENSE - Jailed and muted for 7 days.
Examples:
- I am from Planet Minecraft give me OP.
- I would like to be staff on your server.
- Give me staff.
5: No Harrasment & Bullying
This will not be tolerated, at all, be kind to all players even if there is some sort of disagreement between you.
- Threatening players, being rude, or picking on players are against the rules.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Jailed and muted for 14 days.
- SECOND OFFENSE - Temp banned from the server for 3 months.
Examples:
- Threating other players.
- Picking or harassing other players.
- Being rude to other players.
6: English Only in Main Chat
Please only speak English in main chat, use msg to talk in other languages.
- Speaking in French or Spanish etc. in global chat.
- FIRST OFFENSE - Asked to speak English in main chat, and to message the other player in the other language.
- SECOND OFFENSE - Jailed and muted for 7 days.
Examples:
- Any language that is other than english
